Quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex-A53 CPU was designed for J20 by Cubot, based on chipset Mediatek MT6739WA (28 nm), GPU on the J20 is PowerVR GE8100.

Capability on this model is 16GB 2GB RAM, microSD is supported microSDXC (dedicated slot), under the hood is Android 12 (Go edition).
