Octa-core (2x2.2 GHz Cortex-A76 & 6x2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) CPU is installed on X90 by Cubot, based on chip Mediatek Helio G99 (6nm), GPU on X90 is Mali-G57 MC2.

Memory on X90 is 256GB 16GB RAM, no microSD supported, ant this is running Android 14.
